This wine has intense herbaceous and tropical complexity which is only really achieved in cool growing areas - the Loire, New Zealand and Constantia. The wine captures fantastic fruit characteristics ranging from gooseberry to ripe fig and passion fruit. The palate is fresh and crisp with ripe fruity finish, which complements spicy foods and fish.
