Usually served slightly chilled, this red has a soft fruitiness and is generous, uncomplicated and welcoming, all that Beaujolais should be and some. The color is a brilliant cherry red, with a predominant fragrance of raspberry and currant and a fruity, lingering finish. Trenel began producing wines in 1928, and they have since succeeded in making the true Beaujolais; fruity and supple.
